The all-new Buds Pro allows you to experience unprecedented clarity and bold sound. It is equipped with higher levels of active noise reduction technology and even longer battery life. For more convenient use of Galax y Buds Pro, please refer to the following correct usage guide.
Before trying the following solutions, please make sure to check if the software and related applications on the device have been updated to the latest version. Please check how to update the software on your mobile device in the following order.
Step 1 Go to Settings>Software Update.
Step 2 Click to download and install.
Step 3 Please follow the instructions on the screen for operation.
How to correctly wear Galax y Buds Pro
It is crucial to place the Galax y Buds Pro perfectly in your ear for optimal sound quality and normal operation. If you don't wear earplugs correctly, they may not work or the sound quality may be poor. Grasp the earplugs so that you can see the engraved directional markings, insert them into your ear, and then adjust them by rotating them until they comfortably fall into your ear. The touch sensitive sensor will detect that you are wearing earplugs after you put them on.
Then, the earplugs will emit a sound to notify you that the earplugs have been detected. The correct combination will provide you with the best sound and active noise reduction effect.
Note: If the touch function of the earbuds is unresponsive or the touch sound is not heard when you touch, it indicates that the earbuds are not properly placed in your ears and the touch sensor is not touching your ears. If you do not hear the prompt that you have detected the sound of the earplugs, please use earplugs that are suitable for your ears.
Accurately using touch functions
Even if the earplugs are worn correctly, if the touch function still malfunctions, please check if the correct touch area is being used. Please refer to the following image for the pop-up area of Galax y Buds Pro.
