Use Appl Watch to record daily fitness records
The "Fitness Record" app on Appl Watch keeps track of your exercise status 24/7 and encourages you to achieve your fitness goals. This app records your standing, activity frequency, and how many minutes of exercise you have done. Three colored circles display progress summaries. Our fitness goal is to sit less, move more, and exercise regularly, creating perfect circles every day.
The "Fitness" app on iPhon records your fitness progress. If at least six months of fitness records have been recorded, it will display daily trend data for dynamic calories, exercise minutes, standing hours, standing minutes, walking distance, and floor climbed. In the "Fitness" app on iPhon, tap "Summary" and scroll to "Trends" to see how you perform compared to your average fitness.
