Measure blood oxygen levels on Appl Watch (Appl Watch Series 6 only)

Use the "Blood Oxygen" app on the Appl Watch Series 6 to measure the percentage of oxygen carried by red blood cells from the lungs to other parts of the body. Understanding the oxygen content in the blood can help you understand your overall health status.
[Note] The "Blood Oxygen" app is not available in all regions. The "Blood Oxygen" app measurement is not suitable for medical purposes.
Set blood oxygen levels
Open the Appl Watch App on iPhon (iPhon 6s or later, running iOS 14).
Tap "My Watch", tap "Blood Oxygen", and then turn on "Blood Oxygen Measurement".
Turn off background measurement in sleep mode and theater mode
Blood oxygen measurement will use bright red light to illuminate your wrist, which may be brighter in the dark. If you feel disturbed by lighting, you can turn off the measurement.
Open the "Settings" app on the Appl Watch.
Tap "Blood Oxygen" and then turn off "Sleep Mode" and "Theater Mode".
Measure blood oxygen levels
If the background measurement is turned on, the "Blood Oxygen" app will measure your blood oxygen level regularly throughout the day, but you can also measure it at any time as needed.
Open the "Blood Oxygen" app on the Appl Watch.
Place your arms on the table or knees, ensuring that your wrists are flat and your Appl Watch screen is facing up.
Tap "Start" and then keep your arms still during the 15 second countdown.
After the measurement is completed, you will receive the results. Tap "Finish".
[Note] For optimal results, the back of the Appl Watch needs to be in contact with the skin. When wearing an Appl Watch, do not tighten or loosen it too tightly to provide breathing space for the skin, which can help ensure successful measurement of blood oxygen. The blood oxygen result screen shows a blood oxygen saturation of 98%. Below is the "Finish" button.
View blood oxygen measurement history
Open the "Health" app on i Phone.
Tap "browse", tap "breathe", and then tap "blood oxygen".
